EyeToTheSky is a new immersive sculpture bound for Burning Man 2025 — a sweeping pavilion of curved plywood, surrounding a stunning central light piece made of glass and steel in the form of a glowing human iris gazing skyward.
It's a living room for the deep playa — a space for gathering, reflection, and awe. This monumental work invites participants to come together under its protective dome while contemplating our connection to the infinite sky above.
This summer, catch a rare glimpse of large-scale Burning Man art right here in Bushwick before it heads out to the Black Rock Desert.

Meet the Artist
Michael Joseph White
Brooklyn-based Artist & Creative Technologist
Michael Joseph White is a visionary artist and creative technologist whose background includes architectural design, robotics, LED installations, and digital fabrication. Based in Brooklyn, Michael brings together traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to create immersive experiences that push the boundaries of large-scale art.
Michael has contributed to installations for prestigious clients including Leo Villareal Studio, Apple TV, Gucci, and Hudson Yards. His large-scale art has appeared at Burning Man, CAMP Festival, and The Shed, establishing him as a leading voice in experiential art.
His recent 2024 sculpture dSphere has been turning heads at major events across the country, including House of Yes' City of Gods Halloween spectacle, Miami's Love Burn, and CAMP festival in Maryland.
